Terms & Conditions
1. Fees include refreshments, lunch and all event documentation
2. Payment terms:
a. Cheques - all cheques must be mailed with the completed booking form
b. Invoices - full payment is required on receipt of invoice
3. Three Way Guarantee:
a) let us know 10 working days prior to the forum if you are unable to attend to get a full refund
b) if it is closer than 10 working days we will allow any nominated colleague to take your place. In the event you are unable to replace with a colleague at this point, no refund will be provided.
c) if you are not totally satisfied with the event content, speakers and the event experience, let us know in writing and we will refund on a no quibble basis.
4. We do not offer refunds for anyone who is unable to attend when you register within the last 10 working days in the run up to the forum, although we are happy for you to replace with a colleague.
5. All payments must be received before the conference date. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received in advance of the event.
6. All payments will be acknowledged by a receipt.
7. All payments to be made in Sterling.
8. Substitution: Substitutions will be permitted up to the date of the event provided the delegate fee has been paid in full.
9. Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing (post or fax) within 14 days of date of registration. All cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee. After this period the full delegate fee is payable and non refundable. If for any reason the event is postponed or cancelled The Focus Group accept no responsibility for airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by clients. However, the conference fee will be refunded less 15% administration costs or transferred to the revised dates.
10. Copyright: The intellectual property rights in all material produced and distributed by The Focus Group Ltd is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
11. Changes: whilst every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event programme. The Focus Group Ltd reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, timing, dates and venue. In such circumstances no refunds or part refunds will be made.
